Hey guys! Once again I'm wearing purple. Even though I've moved on from the obsession I had in 8th grade, purple is still one of my favorite colors. Today I paired this grey lace skirt with the purple top and a skinny belt. I'm not really sure how I feel about the outfit. I was having some trouble finding a top for this skirt, more because of texture rather than color. I think the purple works but lace feels toned down with a simple cotton shirt. I tried on a few of my blazers but wasn't feeling the business-y look. For most of the day I wore the belt a little higher than it is in the pictures and I liked that it added detail. Overall its a simple outfit with a touch of shimmer in the earrings because I didn't feel like being dramatic today. Its weird how sometimes I'm like "Yeah! Pile on the accesories and layers!" and days like today I still want to be cute, but in a relaxed way. I think next time I'll try the skirt with my black blazer or grey boots. See ya!
