Hey guys! Its my first day back from winter break and I was warmly welcomed with two (semi) pop quizzes....in a row....in the morning. So after that little drama was over, I was free to sleep through chemistry and spanish, but thankfully not drivers ed. ANYWAYS, today I wore my new sequin shirt from Ann Taylor Loft (where else?) with my ruffled cream cardigan, grey boots, and medium wash skinnies. To be honest, they're called skinny jeans but I guess I just bought the wrong size or something cause they're downright bootcut. My ideal outfit to play up this shirt is a black blazer, skinnier jeans and black heels...which wouldn't be perfect for school. I guess I'm content with this outfit, but not ecstatic.

This is day 1 of the same challenge for makeup. I didn't edit this pic one bit because I want the colors to be real. This look is also pretty simple with just black onyx eyeliner, black mascara, and off-white eyeshadow. I usually add some face powder but I couldn't find it this morning. I'm in love with my new black eyeliner because its really intense looking (moreso in the morning).

BLAAHHH I hate when the pictures randomly rotate themselves GRRR. This may just look like a close-up of my ear, but really its a new project. I was inspired by the Elle 21 day Make-Better (instead of makeover) for hair and makeup. They followed two girls as they mixed up their hair and beauty routines for 21 days. So I'm going to do my own version which probably won't come out to exactly 21 days. Day 1: simple ponytail because my hair is being rude and frizzy as usual
